1. How long does it take to complete?
The average study and assignment time is approximately 200 hours for the entire program. (Maximum course time allowed is 12 months)
2. Can I continue my present job while taking the Real Estate course?
Yes, the program is designed for home study.
3. What does the course consist of?
The Real Estate course is divided into 3 sections with a written exam following each phase. Exam costs are included in your course fees. Each phase has a work-book and assignment part which is required to complete and be marked before writing the final exam. 4. Is there a breakdown of course fees?
Yes.
Phase I: $450
Phase II: $325
Phase III:$325
One must begin with Phase I; complete all assignments and pass the exam before continuing on to Phase II & III.
5. What income can I expect to receive?
This is a difficult question because incomes always fluctuate on a yearly basis in commission related careers. 6. What do I need to get started after completing the course?
You will need a dedicated support team consisting of your Broker, Manager and Team-Mates. We offer an extensive one-on-one coaching and training program in our office facility as well as on-line virtual classrooms and much more.
